Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Forms ( Application for Employment Visa Form ) .
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. The appointment letter (or) invitation letter from the company which is registered under the Myanmar Company Act.
7. A photocopy of valid Company Registration Certificate.
8. A photocopy of flight ticket.
9. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
