Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Forms ( Application for Education Visa Form ) .
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. Letter of Acceptance / invitation from a University / College in Myanmar ( for student ).
7. Letter of Recommendation from a University / College under the Ministry of Education of Myanmar ( for Teacher / Lecturer ) .
8. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
9. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.

5. Duly filled one MJEV Form
6. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
7. Letter of Acceptance / invitation from a University / College in Myanmar ( for student ).
8. Letter of Recommendation from a University / College under the Ministry of Education of Myanmar ( for Teacher / Lecturer ) .
9. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
10. Detail Reason for applying Multiple Entry Visa
11. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
