Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
   2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
   3. Duly filled two Application Forms (Application for Non Diplomatic Staff and their Immediate Family Member Visa Form).
   4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
   5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
   6. Diplomatic Note Verbal from Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( or ) Authorities concerned ( Embassy ).
   7. Please mention the following things in the Note Verbal- ( A ) New appointment ( or ) Substitution
   ( B ) Purpose of entry and desire period of stay in Myanmar
   8. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.

   7. Diplomatic Note Verbal from Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( or ) Authorities concerned ( Embassy ).
   8. Please mention the following things in the Note Verbal- ( A ) New appointment ( or ) Substitution
   ( B ) Purpose of entry and desire period of stay in Myanmar
   9. Detail Reason for applying Multiple Entry Visa
   10. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
