U Aung Min Oo, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Federal Republic of Somalia, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia, on 18 August 2026 and presented a copy of his Letter of Credence. During the meeting, both sides discussed enhancing bilateral relations between Myanmar and Somalia and fostering cooperation in sectors of mutual benefit.

ဆိုမာလီယာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးအောင်မင်းဦးသည် ၁၈-၈-၂၀၂၆ ရက်တွင် ဆိုမာလီယာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီး HE. Abdisalam Abdi Ali ထံသို့ သွားရောက်တွေ့ဆုံ၍ ၎င်း၏ သံအမတ်ခန့်အပ်လွှာမိတ္တူကို ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထိုသို့ တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဆိုမာလီယာနိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ဆက်ဆံရေး တိုးမြှင့်ရေးနှင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည့် ကဏ္ဍများတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးတို့ကို ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
