Visa Requirements
- Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Forms (Application for Diplomatic Guest Visa Form).
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. Evidence of the relationship with the Diplomat, who is working in Myanmar.
7. Purpose of entry and desire period of stay in Myanmar.
8. Photocopy of Diplomat’s Passport, Diplomat’s ID card, Stay Permit and Re- entry permit of Diplomat.
9. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
10. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.

Visa Fees – 100 USD for 3 months
200 USD for 6 months
400 USD for 1 year
Visa Requirements
- Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Forms (Application for Diplomatic Guest Visa Form).
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. Duly filled one MJEV Form
6. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
7. Evidence of the relationship with the Diplomat, who is working in Myanmar.
8. Purpose of entry and desire period of stay in Myanmar.
9. Photocopy of Diplomat’s Passport, Diplomat’s ID card, Stay Permit and Re- entry permit of Diplomat.
10. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
11. Detail Reason for applying Multiple Entry Visa
12. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
