Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Forms ( Application for Social Visa Form ) .
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. Recommendation for International Organization recognized by UN or government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar
7. Documents mentioning places of Business within Myanmar, type of Business, undertaking to abide by the existing national laws
8. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
9. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.

10. Detail Reason for applying Multiple Entry Visa
