Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
   2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
   3. Duly filled two Application Forms ( Application for Journalist Visa Form ) .
   4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
   5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
   6. A photocopy of valid Media License and Recommendation form the concerned Media Agency.
   7. Document mentioning purpose of entry, name and address of the concerned Company / Organizaiton, name and address of hotel in Myanmar.
   8. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
   9. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
