Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Form .
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. Invitation or request letter from Minisrty of Religious Affairs/ Meditation Center in Myanmar
7. Recommendation evidence by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Myanmar certifying that the meditation center is recognized by Ministry (for Meditators)
8. Invitations or Request letter from a Meditation Center, undertaking that the applicant will not do any job except meditation (for meditators).
9. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
10. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
