Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2.  Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Forms .
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. Evidence of Ex-Myanmar Citizenship
7. Invitation letter from family members/ friends in Myanmar with explanation of relationship
8. Admission letter for stay address in Myanmar
9. Endorsement letter from district administration office for address of inviter who is currently staying in this address.
10. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
11. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
