Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
3. Duly filled two Application Forms ( Application for Transit Visa Form ) .
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. Invitation or request letter from Minisrty of Religious Affairs/ Meditation Center in Myanmar
7. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
8. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
